Vermarine is fully equipped to cater for any type of group up to 10. It’s a spacious 120m2 area set over 4 floors within an ancient (1645) farm building. It brings all the ambiance and charm of history together with all of the modern comforts you would expect of home.

Within Vermarine you’ll find a ground level with kitchen, dining and sitting room as a social space.

This level has a fully equipped kitchen (with sharp knives – as keen cooks ourselves we know the importance of a good rental kitchen!) Amazing WiFi throughout with 2GB Orange Pro private connection. The lounge area gives a great new LG OLED 4K SMART TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Apple TV and Orange cable TV and Molotov for any channel you may want to use.

Bedroom One is a room that can be configured as a king size double, a twin, or a triple if you need an additional bed. A cot can be added if you would like a double with cot. It has its own en-suite shower room and toilet. Its view of the mountain is towards Sardonne and Oz en Oisans.

Bedroom two can be configured as a king size double or a twin. Again a cot can be added to a double. Just like Bedroom one its views are towards the Mountain View of Sardonne and Oz en Oisans. It shares a bathroom and separate toilet with bedroom three

Bedroom Three is a gem for families and groups. It has a main room which can be made into a king size double, or triple to sleep 3.

Bedroom 4 is the top floor room. It offers two single beds.

Entertaining kids on holiday is a full time job. We know this too! For this reason we’ve set up a kids play room complete with foosball, games, drawing, books and more. Elsewhere also an area where you’ll find a games console, games and a further TV.

You can enjoy the outside, eating & relaxing in the sun in your own garden and patio or use the secure front garden for the kids to play in using the play equipment that’s there for you. This front garden also hosts a second seating area for you to sip a glass of wine or beer in the sun whilst your kids enjoy the garden

Vermarine occupies the whole front façade of the farm grange built in 1645 and has been fully restored to become your charming, cosy, and convenient home for your holidays.

Vermarine gives a spacious and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, both gas and electric hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee facilities. It has a large breakfast bar for casual eating and snacks

The Workshop and Indoor storage area provides space for the secure storage of sports equipment which is really important for serious enthusiasts. It is spacious enough to store your bikes, skis and other sports equipment. It also has within: tools, cleaning equipment, track pump etc for you to use.

An XBOX one zone with games for play on the 1st floor and a shared but enclosed front garden with outdoor toys and adult relaxing area in the summer for all the children to play together in a safe enclosed environment.

The ski lift is 1.2km away from the property accessed by the road or the Voie Verte path which has no vehicles. The Allemond Eau d’Olle Telecabine takes 8 minutes to arrive at Oz en Oisans. The whole of the Alpe D’Huez Grande Domaine is available to you from here

At the ski lift you will find chalet ski lockers to leave your equipment at the base of the lift. Additionally there is a free navette bus that passes along the valley bottom and takes you direct to the ski lift. Finally, if you’d wish there is lots of free parking at the lift.

Gite Vermarine is 1000m from the centre of Allemond with its restaurants, doctors surgery, physio and sports rental store. Between 100 and 250 metres away you have the Pharmacy, Spar supermarket and the Etape restaurant just near by.
